Okta's Brand & Creative team is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join their internal creative agency. Reporting to the Creative Director, Digital, you will design digital experiences for okta.com and bring the Okta brand and marketing to life across web channels.
You will work closely with Creative Leads on conceptual development, design, and execution of digital experiences. Your responsibilities include understanding project briefs and crafting thoughtful design solutions that drive user engagement and conversion, articulating and presenting ideas clearly, accepting feedback, and collaborating with Brand, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development, and Production teams to launch innovative, brand-led digital experiences. You will ensure brand consistency and the highest quality of design across all projects, maintain curiosity about design and industry trends, and balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
You bring 5+ years of experience in copywriting and digital design in a creative agency or client-side marketing group, with B2B/tech experience preferred. You have a world-class portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital creative software (Figma, Adobe CC, Google Suite) and 3-5 years using design systems to create innovative digital marketing websites. You possess strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to present to executives, expert knowledge of the creative process and collaboration with UX, developers, and producers, and the ability to work highly organized across multiple concurrent projects.
