REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communication design, ideally in-house at a fast-growing technical B2B/SaaS company or relevant agency experience
- Portfolio demonstrating polished, production-ready work with strong typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, and attention to detail across print and digital

- Clear, proactive communication about status, decisions, and risks
- Collaborative mindset: enjoys creative exploration, takes feedback well, and incorporates direction accurately
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining coherent design direction
- Proficiency in Figma (including Figma Weave), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and presentation design software (Google Slides)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in design workflows (e.g., image generation, AI features in Figma or Adobe, AI-assisted copy and layout) and good judgment about where they help versus where human craft matters most
- Curiosity about how AI is changing creative work and ability to adapt processes as tools evolve
