Delinea is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join its User Experience team in Mexico City. The company is a pioneer in identity security, offering an AI-powered, cloud-native platform that governs human and machine identities across modern enterprises.
In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end design of a feature area within Delinea's identity security platform—from user needs analysis and flows through high-fidelity UI and reusable components. You'll translate complex technical workflows like identity governance, privileged access, and zero trust into intuitive experiences for IT and security professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning feature design from early concept through shipped product, including user research, flows, prototypes, and design system contributions
- Translating complex technical processes into simple, intuitive experiences for IT admins and security practitioners
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and technical writers in a fast-paced environment
- Iterating quickly based on user feedback and data
- Advocating for users and presenting design thinking to senior stakeholders
- Working with UX researchers to validate features before and after launch
- Reviewing peer work and mentoring junior designers
- Contributing to the Delinea Design System
You should have 5+ years of product or UX design experience for web or SaaS, with a proven track record of owning features from concept to delivery. Experience designing B2B, cybersecurity, or complex enterprise systems is highly valued. A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and your process is required. Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools is essential; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
The role is hybrid, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Reforma office in Mexico City. This position suits a designer ready to own meaningful product areas, mentor junior designers, and shape design decision-making while working closely with senior design leadership.
