As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end experience design of user-centric digital products across the Bitpanda platform, from crypto investing to portfolio management. Your mission is to craft intuitive, impactful, and delightful solutions that simplify complex financial concepts and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing exceptional mobile and desktop experiences that make investment products accessible and engaging
- Managing design projects from concept to launch, including design sprints, wireframing, prototyping (low to high fidelity), user testing, and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance user and business value
- Conducting user research through interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to validate and iterate designs
- Mentoring peers and advocating for user experience across teams
You bring 5+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams, ideally in fintech, crypto, or complex domains. You are proficient with Figma, Miro, JIRA, and modern design systems. You are passionate about crypto and financial products, collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, and are fluent in English (German is a plus).
