Brex is seeking a Senior Design Sourcer to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership roles. This is a foundational recruiting role where you'll identify, engage, and nurture world-class designers who shape Brex's products and brand. You will lead proactive sourcing and outreach efforts across recruiting platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites, and professional networks like LinkedIn. Your responsibilities include building diverse, high-quality design talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs, identifying and engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach, and supporting early-stage portfolio evaluation focused on craft quality, systems thinking, and user-centered design approaches. You'll partner closely with recruiters and design leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on craft standards and pipeline priorities. You'll track sourcing performance metrics including response rates, pipeline conversion, and diversity indicators to continuously optimize strategy. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems, support employer branding efforts within the design community, and contribute to improving sourcing processes and inclusive hiring practices. The role requires proven experience sourcing or recruiting for design roles, strong expertise with AI tools and talent platforms like LinkedIn, ability to evaluate design portfolios and craft quality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a data-driven mindset. You should be skilled at collaboration, relationship-building, and managing multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Bonus experience includes building design pipelines across multiple geographies such as US, Canada, and LATAM. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), plus up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
