As Senior Design Quality Engineer, you will establish and lead quality engineering processes from the ground up. You will build, implement, and scale the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 13485 and FDA QMSR standards. Key responsibilities include taking full ownership of design controls across the product lifecycle, establishing robust complaint handling and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) workflows, and leading post-market surveillance activities. This is a hands-on role suited for a startup-savvy engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive quality excellence while navigating the regulatory landscape of medical device and healthcare AI products. You will work directly with product, engineering, and clinical teams to embed quality thinking into all development processes.
