The Creative and Experience division embeds generative AI at its core to create, adapt, and optimize award-winning content at scale. As Senior Design Manager, you will lead the design process on client projects, ensuring briefs are accurately understood and executed with excellence. You'll manage the creation of high-quality digital and print design assets, with a focus on social media content including static and animated designs. Working closely with Project Managers and Senior Design Capability Support, you'll streamline workflows, elevate design quality, and contribute to developing Jellyfish's design community. Key responsibilities include creating diverse digital assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); applying interactive design and motion graphics principles; leveraging the Pencil Pro AI platform to enhance creative output; and maintaining clear communication with project managers, creative teams, and clients. You'll participate in project kick-offs, interrogate briefs for clarity, track deliverables against timelines, and respond constructively to feedback.
