Imprint is a fintech company that modernizes co-branded credit card programs for major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, and Shell. The company combines payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to create loyalty programs without requiring partners to become banks. Backed by top-tier VCs (Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, Khosla Ventures), Imprint is redefining how brands grow customer lifetime value through modern payment solutions. As Senior Delivery Manager on the Solutions Engineering team, you will own end-to-end delivery of partner implementations, managing multiple concurrent workstreams from scoping through go-live and post-launch stabilization. You'll serve as the primary delivery point of contact for brand partners and internal stakeholders, translating partner and business goals into clear project plans with defined milestones and success criteria. Key responsibilities include leading partner expansion and feature delivery, managing complex multi-stakeholder implementation projects, coordinating across product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams, and building trusted relationships with partner leadership. You'll work closely with Lead Solutions Engineers to define integration scope, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide partners through APIs and payment processing flows. You'll develop delivery processes, frameworks, and reporting to increase visibility and reduce cycle time, while proactively identifying risks and escalating issues with clear context. The role requires 7+ years in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration delivery, with meaningful experience in payments, fintech, or financial services. You should have a strong understanding of payments infrastructure (payment processing, card networks, ACH), proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with structured approaches, and experience working directly with external partners during technical implementations. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, e-commerce platforms, and ideally co-branded credit card programs is expected. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, high ownership mentality, and curiosity about AI tools are essential.
