Unite Us is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Specialist to build and evolve their Deal Desk function. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product, balancing day-to-day deal execution with continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales on complex and non-standard commercial opportunities, providing guidance on pricing, deal structures, approval paths, and contractual considerations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate efficient deal execution while managing risk, support negotiations by identifying creative solutions for complex customer scenarios, and own the end-to-end deal lifecycle including quote review, pricing validation, contract support, and approval coordination. You will help define and mature the Deal Desk operating model, identify opportunities to improve pricing governance and approval processes, and contribute to developing scalable frameworks that support business growth. Additional responsibilities include managing complex deal escalations, ensuring pricing accuracy and policy compliance across Salesforce and CPQ systems, analyzing deal trends and operational metrics, and developing reporting that informs commercial decision-making. The role also involves building Deal Desk documentation, playbooks, and approval guides, delivering training to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders on commercial policies and processes, and promoting adoption of new initiatives. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, or related functions within SaaS or technology organizations. Experience supporting complex or enterprise sales motions, working in Salesforce and CPQ environments, and improving business processes is essential. Experience with pricing strategy or commercial governance is preferred.
