You will join as Senior Deal Desk Analyst supporting the Central European sales organization (DACH, CEE, Benelux regions). Reporting to the Director of Deal Desk, you will serve as a strategic commercial advisor to regional sales leadership, structuring complex enterprise deals while maintaining margin targets and corporate governance standards.
Key responsibilities include: structuring and negotiating non-standard enterprise deals aligned with business goals; enforcing regional discount structures and commercial guardrails; partnering with EMEA Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Tax, and Product teams on complex European contracting (compliance, data privacy, multi-currency); driving day-to-day Deal Desk execution during European working hours; hosting regular office hours for regional sales teams; managing regional price lists, SKUs, and CPQ configurations in Salesforce; co-owning the European Deal Desk playbook and approval automation; developing enablement programs for sales teams; and analyzing regional deal metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
You bring 5–7 years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at fast-growing B2B SaaS companies. You have prior experience supporting enterprise sales teams covering Central Europe (DACH, Benelux, or CEE). You are highly proficient in Salesforce CRM and enterprise CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub), with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling. You understand SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), complex European multi-year contracting, local tax and billing nuances, and enterprise pricing models. You have exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English, with a track record of building trust with regional sales leadership and managing cross-functional alignment across distributed European teams. German language skills are a strong plus. You possess full legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without requiring sponsorship.
