Salary: USD 100,300 - 118,000 / annual

As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will be a strategic operational partner to the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Systems teams, driving revenue maximization and sales cycle efficiency. You'll serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance, accelerating the review and approval of complex enterprise orders while ensuring adherence to corporate bookings policy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a consultant to the sales team, leveraging deep knowledge of complex deal structuring, revenue recognition policies, and multi-product portfolio dynamics to resolve deal-building challenges while maximizing booking value
- Building and managing quotes in Salesforce, applying internal policy expertise to align quotes with corporate standards while meeting customer needs
- Managing internal escalations for policy exceptions and developing creative solutions to reduce friction and risk in the sales process
- Serving as a liaison across Sales, Legal, and Finance to accelerate complex order reviews
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the quote-to-cash process, identifying systemic operational challenges and implementing solutions within Salesforce
You bring 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar roles. You have demonstrated ability to partner effectively with go-to-market teams and cross-functional departments. You understand enterprise SaaS business models, operational metrics, and processes. You're organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and an excellent communicator. You have hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, plus a basic understanding of revenue recognition rules and booking terms. A BA degree in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or Data/Analytics is preferred.
