Salary: USD 94,000 - 125,000 / annual

Datadog is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to support the Global Sales Team with quoting and deal structuring. This is a growth position as the company expands. You will work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Billing, Contracts, Legal, and other stakeholder groups to provide expert guidance on deal pricing and structure. Your responsibilities include: • Develop deep expertise in Datadog's licensing and pricing models to support global sales teams with deal structuring and quoting • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Sales on deal pricing matters • Actively negotiate deals directly with customers as needed to meet their needs while adhering to company selling policies • Solve customer satisfaction issues following deal execution • Drive adherence to internal controls, protocols, and business rules • Work across legal, contracts, sales operations, order management, revenue, finance, and product management teams • Approach problems creatively to find solutions that balance customer needs with company policy You are an experienced deal desk professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills. You work independently and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You are data-driven with strong quantitative abilities and can approach problems from multiple perspectives. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace to support work-life harmony. REQUIREMENTS: • 4+ years of Deal Desk experience • Demonstrated expertise in deal structuring and quoting complex SaaS transactions for fast-growing global companies • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles • Comfortable representing the company to customers in negotiations and resolving customer satisfaction issues • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Ability to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced, high-pressure environments • Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative skills • Analytical approach with ability to view problems from multiple perspectives BONUS: • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel or similar tools
