Tulip Interfaces is an AI-native software platform transforming manufacturing operations. The company recently achieved unicorn status ($1.3B valuation in January 2026) and is headquartered in Somerville, MA with global offices. Tulip enables manufacturers to digitize shop-floor operations, accelerate production cycles, and amplify human expertise with cutting-edge AI technology. As Senior Customer Success Manager for General Manufacturing, you will own strategic relationships with a portfolio of large enterprise manufacturing customers, building executive-level partnerships with VP and C-suite stakeholders. Your primary focus is driving long-term customer success, adoption, and value realization by aligning Tulip's platform to each customer's operational goals—from initial site implementations to network-wide expansion across plant facilities. Key responsibilities include: monitoring account health through regular business reviews; leading renewal and retention strategy across your book of business; identifying and co-owning expansion opportunities while partnering with Sales to drive incremental revenue; mentoring other CSMs on account planning and executive communication; and collaborating with Product, Support, and Technical Account Managers to resolve customer issues and support system integrations. You will need 6+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing consulting with meaningful enterprise account ownership. Manufacturing or industrial operations experience is essential, ideally with direct shop-floor implementation or familiarity with MES/ERP systems. You should have a proven track record driving renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention; experience creating executive presentations for VP+ stakeholders; and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services). A data-driven approach to measuring customer value and account health is required. Travel up to 20% of the time is expected. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required; MBA/Master's preferred. The role is hybrid, requiring 3+ days per week in the Somerville office.
