Chainguard is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise customers in the East region. You will serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for enterprise accounts, owning the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption and expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
• Success Planning & Value: Partner with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, goals, and challenges. Drive business value realization and help customers demonstrate ROI internally. Provide thought leadership on change management for large-scale rollouts.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Chainguard, advocating for customer needs to product, engineering, and sales teams. Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize customer outcomes.
• Issue Management: Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
• Product Expertise: Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard's supply chain security platform. Stay current with industry trends, new features, and best practices to help customers optimize their deployment.
• Training & Education: Work with customers and the education team to ensure they understand product features, best practices, and security principles relevant to their environment.
• Account Management: Build relationships across customer organizations from technical teams to CISOs. Work with sales to identify renewal and expansion opportunities while minimizing churn.
You will need 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or related fields). Domain knowledge in supply chain security, DevSecOps, containers, compliance, or vulnerability management is required. This is a strategic, autonomous role where you'll take full ownership of your customer portfolio, make key decisions on escalations, and often build new processes to serve customers better.
Preferred qualifications include early-stage startup experience, passion for cybersecurity, and hands-on technical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Linux, or security infrastructure.
