Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic Enterprise customer relationships (1,000+ users). You will manage a portfolio of 40-55 Enterprise customers representing $3.5M–$4M ARR, with direct accountability for retention, adoption, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
In this role, you'll operate within Culture Amp's GTM pod model, partnering closely with Sales, Renewal Managers, and pod leaders to own the full customer revenue lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
• Manage GRR and NRR through bi-annual Executive Strategy Reviews, adoption planning, and proactive risk management
• Lead strategic conversations with C-suite stakeholders (CHROs, CPOs) to connect platform capabilities to measurable business value
• Identify and mitigate customer risk early—lost sponsors, stalled adoption, changing priorities—with sound judgment and urgency
• Create CSQLs and drive expansion opportunities within your book
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automated plays to surface opportunity and risk, improve account hygiene, and scale your impact
• Maintain strong account management in Vitally and related systems; share customer feedback to strengthen CX and GTM practices
• Deliver key customer moments with strong preparation, value-led storytelling, and clear follow-through
You bring 3+ years of enterprise customer success or account management experience, ideally with AI-forward solutions. You have a proven track record owning GRR/NRR while balancing customer outcomes with commercial accountability. You excel at executive communication, proactive risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. You're comfortable using AI as a practical tool to synthesize information, improve prioritization, and increase engagement consistency.
