In this Senior Customer Success Manager role for Enterprise clients, you will drive growth targets for the cross-border payment business while maintaining deep relationships with key clients. You will regularly monitor merchants' cross-border payment transactions, understand their operational status, and identify scenario-based needs in cross-border finance. The role requires staying current with industry policies, compliance requirements, and market trends to support business development.
Key responsibilities include efficiently resolving client issues (pricing configuration, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring), providing expert support in data analysis and optimization to advance client business development, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and driving product and process innovation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, and other teams to collect market intelligence, analyze data, and provide strategic feedback.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, ideally with a track record serving large enterprises. You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and possess strong communication and logical thinking skills. You demonstrate business acumen with the ability to proactively identify client needs and pain points, and you excel at data collection, analysis, and interpretation. You are proactive, passionate, team-oriented, with strong learning ability and resilience under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience (preference for enterprise client experience)
