As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be a strategic partner ensuring customers achieve measurable success with the Zenoti platform. You will develop deep relationships with assigned accounts, understand their business needs and challenges, and drive product adoption and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include: • Customer Advocacy & Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and pain points to accelerate adoption and drive measurable outcomes. • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on Zenoti's platform—appointment bookings, POS, CRM, employee management, inventory, marketing tools—and proactively identify features that deliver maximum value. • Problem Solving & Solution Building: Partner with customers to solve business challenges, recommend best practices, and design tailored solutions using Zenoti's capabilities. • Onboarding & Training: Guide customers through implementation, ensure smooth go-live, and provide comprehensive training to maximize platform utilization. • Retention & Growth: Monitor customer health metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and work to reduce churn through proactive engagement and value demonstration. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and gather feedback for product improvements. • Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs (adoption rates, NPS, retention, expansion revenue) and provide insights to leadership on customer success trends. You will manage a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts, conduct regular business reviews, and serve as the voice of the customer internally. The role requires strong communication, technical acumen, and the ability to balance relationship-building with data-driven decision-making.
