Salary: USD 145,000 - 174,000 / annual

Juro is an intelligent contract automation platform helping organizations agree faster by making legal contracts frictionless, collaborative, and accessible. The platform rebuilds contracts around a browser-native experience, augmented with AI, enabling teams to conduct contracting work faster than ever. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own a ~$3M book of business and play a key role in scaling customer success as Juro experiences significant growth, particularly in the US market. You'll build playbooks, automations, and strategic touchpoints that help customers succeed while identifying moments where your personal involvement drives the most impact. You'll report to George Hughes, Head of Customer Success. Key responsibilities include: - Maintaining strong portfolio health with high retention, growth, and expansion rates - Identifying and nurturing champions across key accounts - Managing large and complex customer relationships with senior stakeholders (Director level and above) - Sharing customer feedback clearly with product and GTM teams - Coaching junior CSMs and leading team initiatives - Building relationships face-to-face with customers, requiring travel - Conducting discovery and proactive problem-solving to move customers forward Juro operates a choice-first work approach with office hubs in Boston and London, plus no-office hubs across Europe. You can work fully remotely from Day One, but this role prioritizes candidates who prefer to work from the Boston office at least ~2 days per week. You must be located in Massachusetts with long-term US working rights. The company is at Series A-D stage, growing rapidly, and values building playbooks in an early-stage environment. You'll need comfort with flexibility, travel to meet customers in person, and working outside rigid 9-to-5 hours to accommodate East and West Coast customers. Requirements: - 3+ years of customer-facing experience at an AI or SaaS scale-up (Series A-D stage) - Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders (Director level and above) with credible, value-led conversations - Proven track record of identifying and nurturing customer relationships across multiple accounts - Strong discovery and problem-solving skills with proactive approach to moving things forward - Comfort with early-stage, build-the-playbook-as-we-go environments - Willingness to travel to meet customers in person - Flexibility to work outside standard 9-to-5 hours
