Kantiv (formerly Joist AI) is a pursuit intelligence platform built for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms. The platform connects firms' expertise, project history, and client data into an intelligent system that helps marketing teams streamline proposal development and win more business. Founded in 2022 and rebranded in June 2026, Kantiv serves customers including firms on the ENR 500 list and is at a formative growth stage. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and partner directly with Customer Success to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal across the customer base. You'll be embedded within the CS team, close to customers and accountable to measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: **Growth Through the Customer Lifecycle:** Co-own adoption, expansion, and renewal strategy across key customer segments. Identify high-opportunity accounts and build targeted programs that increase Average Contract Value (ACV) and Lifetime Value (LTV). Develop and implement a customer communications strategy across email, webinars, in-app messaging, events, and community channels that drives measurable action. **Advocacy & Community:** Launch and scale a customer advocacy program in partnership with CS and Product Marketing. Co-own and run the Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Lead strategy and project management for Kantiv's customer community. Collect customer quotes, testimonials, and success stories for sales enablement and marketing content. Build feedback loops between customers and product/marketing teams to inform roadmap and positioning. **Events & Engagement:** Represent Kantiv at select major industry events (3-4 times per year). Co-host customer webinars and virtual events. Partner with the Events team to maximize customer impact across the broader events program. **Metrics & Reporting:** Define success metrics, build tracking frameworks, and share learnings across the team. You'll be central to building a data-driven marketing function. **AI-Powered Execution:** Leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate content creation, research, personalization, and program execution. Help build the playbook for modern, AI-native customer marketing. Success is measured by: customers growing ACV and renewing at higher rates; faster feature activation and deeper product usage; rising NPS, plentiful customer references, strong reviews, and engaged CAB members; and documented, repeatable, scalable programs. You'll work closely with CS leadership, Product Marketing, the product team, and broader marketing team. Leadership views Customer Marketing as the future of sustainable SaaS growth and is committed to building a best-in-class model. You'll have real autonomy, accountability, and impact from Day 1. Kantiv is a small, experienced, and genuinely collaborative team. You'll have a mentor with deep PMM experience, peers who know AEC inside and out, and clear line of sight to the CRO and CEO. Your work directly impacts win rate, expansion revenue, and market positioning. **Requirements:** - 5–7 years in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing (segment-focused or product-focused), Lifecycle Marketing, or Go-to-Market Programs, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes - Builder's mindset: you write playbooks, execute them, measure results, and improve iteratively; motivated by autonomy and energized by accountability - Systems thinking: you see both forest and trees, toggle seamlessly between them, understand how your focus areas interconnect with the business to drive revenue, and design strategy to impact top-line goals - Demonstrated skill at cross-functional influence and collaboration: you can rally CS, Sales, SDRs, and Product around shared goals without direct authority; you make collaboration feel easy and energizing - Strong project management tenacity: you own your area end-to-end in dynamic startup environments, from ideation through strategy, execution, and reporting; every detail is buttoned up, deadlines are hit, customer interactions are on-brand and polished, priorities connect to revenue, and you pivot based on new data - Strong storytelling, communication skills, and customer empathy: you captivate and educate audiences in webinars and on stage; you have polished, confident, on-brand conversations with customers virtually and in-person - Fluent with AI tools: you've taken a thoughtful approach to AI leverage, it's part of your daily workflows, and you're excited to help build the playbook for the future of customer marketing - Willingness to travel to major trade shows or customer events 3-4 times per year - Ability to collaborate with teammates across IST and PST time zones **Preferred:** - Prior experience in martech, salestech, revenue intelligence, or enablement technology - Familiarity with HubSpot, Loops, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms - Genuine curiosity about the AEC industry and empathy for customers' day-to-day experiences, needs, and goals
