This Senior Customer Engineer role leads technical pre-sales for National Oil Company (NOC) engagements across the Middle East region. You will own the technical relationship with major NOC customers, translating their operational challenges into Armada edge compute and sovereign AI solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end technical pre-sales for regional NOC accounts: discovery, solution design, demos, POCs, and technical proposals
- Design integrated edge solutions accounting for physical site constraints, hardware sizing for workloads, network strategy for local data transfer and remote backhaul, and application deployment approaches
- Translate upstream, midstream, and downstream operational use cases (real-time field analytics, edge AI at remote sites, data sovereignty) into Armada architectures
- Collaborate with the regional Value Advisor for energy to align technical and commercial strategy
- Support RFP responses, technical documentation, and customer presentations
- Maintain deep knowledge of NOC priorities, regulatory requirements, and technology maturity in the region
- Contribute to product feedback and roadmap input based on customer interactions
