Entyre is a healthtech platform connecting family caregivers with compensation programs across the US, Switzerland, and Germany. The company operates three brands (Pflegewegweiser, Entyre Care, Pflegewegweiser Shop) with 450+ employees across Berlin, Boston, and Zurich, building technology and growth strategies around self-onboarding funnels, automated eligibility engines, and digital care management.
You will join the Marketing team in Berlin as a Senior CRO Specialist, owning conversion rate optimization and experimentation across the entire Entyre Care funnel—from landing page impression through customer enrollment. Your initial focus is the US market and its state-specific Medicaid enrollment flows. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on how many families the company can help.
Key responsibilities include: identifying and prioritizing drop-off points across landing pages and in-app flows; selecting appropriate testing methodologies (A/B tests, pre/post comparisons, holdouts, staged rollouts) based on traffic and statistical constraints; building landing page variants independently; collaborating daily with the Berlin engineering team to spec, implement, and QA in-app experiments; owning Mixpanel as the analytics backbone (event tracking, funnels, dashboards, cohorts); evaluating and maintaining additional tools (session recordings, heatmaps, experimentation platforms, surveys); using AI daily for funnel analysis, variant generation, prototyping, and automation; and communicating results clearly to channel and state owners.
You bring 5+ years in CRO, growth, or experimentation with proven conversion wins and strong statistical grounding. You have deep hands-on experience with Mixpanel or comparable product analytics platforms, including event taxonomy design. You code—HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript—and can build or tweak prototypes and landing pages independently. You're comfortable with modern front-end frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material Design) and Git. You work inside engineering teams daily: writing clear specs, joining standups and sprint planning, and QAing implementations. You demonstrate daily AI fluency with LLMs and AI coding tools, with concrete examples of how AI accelerated your work. You prototype fast, understand UX principles and responsive design, and have a mobile-first mindset. You're fluent in English; German is a plus.
Big pluses include full UI design capability with a portfolio of modern web and mobile work, experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors, and experience implementing experimentation platforms or CDP/tag management setups.
