Qonto is Europe's leading finance workspace for SMEs, combining banking with integrated financial tools. Founded in 2017, the company now serves 600,000+ customers across 8 European countries with 1,600+ employees and has been profitable since 2023. You will join as Senior CRM Manager with primary ownership of Germany and secondary ownership of Austria, two critical markets in Qonto's growth strategy. Reporting to Matias del Carril (CRM & Lifecycle Lead), you will develop and execute lifecycle programs spanning onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and churn prevention. Your focus is driving measurable business growth and feature adoption through strategic customer communications. Key responsibilities include: owning the CRM strategy for both markets; defining and implementing lifecycle communications tailored to local business culture and regulatory environment; partnering with local marketing teams, product managers, and growth teams; establishing regional processes and planning cadence; leveraging AI tools to accelerate campaign development and reporting; and presenting conversion, adoption, and business impact metrics to stakeholders. You bring 5+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced technology companies. You have designed and managed complex multi-step customer journeys using platforms like Braze, Customer.io, or HubSpot. Fluency in both German and English is essential—you understand local competitive dynamics and can communicate effectively across international teams. You are proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and excel at stakeholder management across multiple markets. You embrace AI as a tool to improve campaign speed and quality. Qonto offers real autonomy to propose, implement, and test your own lifecycle strategy in an underdeveloped market where you'll write the playbook rather than optimize an existing one. You'll work alongside three other regional CRM leads who have each built lifecycle functions from scratch. Germany is the company's #1 growth priority, ensuring your work has immediate visibility and impact.
