Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) fashion and home goods brand on a mission to deliver high-quality essentials at low prices, fairly and sustainably. The company operates across multiple countries and is scaling rapidly with proprietary technology and AI-driven operations.
You will own every triggered lifecycle flow across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels for UK, Germany, and France markets. This is a hands-on builder role where you will spend significant time in Iterable and the CDP, writing flow logic, setting up data pipelines, designing experiments, and shipping AI agents that automate flow building, testing, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and launch triggered lifecycle flows (welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, post-purchase, low stock, back in stock, win-back, replenishment, care instructions) for UK (July 2026), Germany (October 2026), and France (November 2026)
- Partner with MarTech to deploy AI agents and tooling that reduce flow concept-to-deployment time by 50% within 90 days, with at least one end-to-end CRM agent in production by end of year one
- Run a rigorous A/B testing roadmap with the Data team (minimum 6 tests per quarter per flow per market) with statistically sound design
- Build channel-cost decision logic across email, SMS, push, and in-app per flow per market, accounting for different channel economics in Europe vs. the US
- Recover signal lost from fingerprinting and consent restrictions in UK/EU by pushing app and logged-in routing for non-consenting users
- Stand up and run the localization pipeline with freelance copywriters for EN-UK, German, and French
- Partner with the tech team to maintain CDP quality across UK/EU (data model, integrations with Iterable and Attentive, app SDK, site events, data hygiene, latency, identity-resolution accuracy)
This role is shaped by two key constraints: UK and EU privacy rules (GDPR, PECR) mean the US lifecycle playbook does not transfer unchanged, and channel economics differ materially across markets, particularly SMS which is more expensive in Europe.
You will work daily with creative, brand, data science, tech, and US CRM counterparts. The role values speed, candor, and rigor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- 6+ years lifecycle/CRM marketing in DTC or ecommerce, including at least 3 years owning automated/triggered flows end to end (not campaign/blast)
- Hands-on with Iterable (preferred) or comparable ESP (Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC); must have built flows in the tool, not just briefed them
- Hands-on with a CDP (Segment, mParticle, Hightouch, Census, or similar); must understand identity resolution and data hygiene
- Has built or deployed AI agents or LLM workflows in a marketing context (copy, segmentation, flow logic, QA); if not yet shipped, can describe the one you would ship in first 90 days
- SQL proficient; can self-serve in Looker, Lookr, or BigQuery without waiting for an analyst
- A/B testing rigor; knows what statistical significance means and where it breaks in lifecycle (sample size, primary metric selection, novelty effects)
- Working knowledge of UK/EU privacy law (GDPR, PECR) and consent management; understands what changes operationally when fingerprinting is restricted
- Detail-oriented; triggered flows live or die on edge cases (locale, currency, time zone, opt-in state, suppression rules)
- Strong cross-functional operator; will work daily with creative, brand, data science, tech, and US CRM counterparts
Preferred:
- Multi-market lifecycle experience (UK + Germany or France)
- Fashion or home goods background
- App-native lifecycle experience
- Fluency in German or French
