Tilt is seeking a Senior Credit Manager to join the Card Customer Management team, focused on line management strategy and program development. This is an individual-contributor role with significant visibility and influence across the organization. You will work at the intersection of credit policy, quantitative analysis, and program design, partnering closely with Data Science and Product teams. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and building new line management programs beyond existing offerings—such as over-limit policies, dynamic line increases, or incentive-based credit line increases. You'll own the analytical work end-to-end, running SQL and Python-based analysis to size opportunities, structure tests, and evaluate results. Key responsibilities: - Ideate and design new line management programs and policies that complement existing offerings - Conduct independent analytical work to identify opportunities, structure A/B tests, and evaluate program performance - Partner with Data Science to identify where new or enhanced risk models could improve outcomes, serving as the business owner driving model development - Navigate ambiguous, loosely-scoped problem spaces independently, turning them into concrete, tested programs - Communicate complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority You bring 5-7 years of experience in credit risk, data analytics, or related quantitative disciplines, ideally in consumer lending or fintech. You have strong SQL or Python skills and are comfortable executing analysis independently, leveraging AI tools where appropriate. You excel at communicating with both technical and executive audiences, demonstrate the ability to influence outcomes without formal reporting authority, and thrive in ambiguity with a bias toward prototyping and testing. Tilt uses machine learning-powered credit models analyzing over 250 real-time financial signals to serve millions of customers globally. The company operates virtually across 14 countries and 12 time zones, offering competitive compensation with equity, flexible health plans, and twice-yearly in-person onsites.
