The platform aggregated $21B in trading volume in 2025 and is positioned as an alternative news source for collective intelligence on future events. The marketing team is scaling creative production to match platform growth. This senior role owns creative strategy across paid video, static, and motion campaigns. You will manage agency partners, establish creative frameworks and testing protocols, and translate performance data into actionable creative direction. Key responsibilities include: - Briefing agency partners weekly on video, static, and motion deliverables with clear quality and timeline expectations - Managing end-to-end production from initial brief through final delivery - Analyzing performance data from paid channels to identify what works and inform the next creative cycle - Maintaining and iterating tone guidelines and creative testing frameworks for team consistency - Reviewing and QA-ing agency deliverables with specific, actionable feedback - Collaborating with performance marketing to align creative strategy with campaign goals and audience targeting - Identifying and closing gaps in the creative system (templates, formats, hooks) You should have a proven track record in performance creative with documented results from owned campaigns. You're comfortable reading and acting on paid channel performance data, have end-to-end production experience across video and static formats, and have managed external agency partners effectively. Experience building reusable creative frameworks, testing structures, or tone guidelines is essential. You thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and can operate independently. Bonus qualifications include background in sports, crypto, fintech, or prediction markets, and hands-on motion design skills or deep familiarity with motion production workflows.
