You will be responsible for ensuring program costs are complete, accurate, and flowing correctly through financial systems. This is a ground-floor opportunity to design scalable cost accounting processes from the beginning, with strong ownership of inventory processes and general ledger cost data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own all non-labor program costs across systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Partner with business and finance teams to track, validate, and report program costs throughout project lifecycles
- Perform cost variance analysis, identifying drivers of overruns and underruns, and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support development and maintenance of project budgets, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and cost forecasts
- Build and maintain scalable cost accounting processes with strong process compliance
- Work with stakeholders to ensure inventory processes meet compliance requirements
You will operate with high autonomy, identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and taking full ownership of cost data integrity. This role requires a reliable problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can partner effectively across finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
