Podium is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy across the organization. The company builds AI Employees for local businesses, with 60,000+ customers across Auto, Home Services, and Aesthetics. Podium has achieved $100M+ in AI Agent ARR with 300% year-over-year growth and has deployed 10,000 AI employees to customers.
In this role, you will own end-to-end recruiting for multiple business functions including Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and Sales. You'll partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies, create strategic sourcing plans for diverse candidate pools, and track hiring metrics with regular reporting to leadership. You'll help design and implement scalable, creative improvements to recruiting processes and work cross-functionally with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver exceptional candidate experience and close top talent.
You bring 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS, with a track record of successfully identifying and qualifying diverse candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and creative sourcing methods. You have strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a proven ability to work independently with high ownership mentality. You thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments and are comfortable jumping into special projects. Your positive personality, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency make you effective at delivering results.
