Relativity Space is building advanced rockets (Terran R vehicle) to deliver payloads to orbit. The company is at a pivotal growth stage—early enough to shape product and culture, but far enough along that the rocket is tangible and gaining momentum.
The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across corporate and business functions including Environmental Health & Safety, Security, Legal, Communications & Brand, Regulatory & Government Affairs, Strategic Affairs, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting. This is a strategic partnership role with G&A business leaders.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with G&A leaders and People Business Partners to translate workforce plans into executable recruiting strategies
- Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, talent calibration, structured feedback, and guidance throughout hiring
- Proactively source and engage passive talent through targeted outreach, networking, market research, and creative sourcing (not just inbound pipelines)
- Lead offer strategy, including compensation benchmarking, candidate consultation, negotiation, and closing
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience reflecting Relativity's brand and values at every touchpoint
- Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and contribute to reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer outcomes, and quality of hire
