The Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution, driving strategic decision-making through deep cross-functional partnerships and financial analyses. As a Senior Corporate Financial Planning & Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role supporting the corporate function in managing the total company corporate model.
Key responsibilities include: preparing reporting and analyses for management and the board (annual/quarterly reviews, investor reporting, weekly/monthly business reviews); supporting initiatives to improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools using Adaptive Planning; serving as a key liaison to Finance, Accounting, IT, Corporate Development, and People/HR; integrating AI into financial processes to uncover insights and optimize forecasts; providing ad-hoc financial analyses and strategic materials for key management meetings; supporting M&A analysis including financial modeling and due diligence; owning balance sheet and cash flow forecasting; and leading strategic financial planning processes across departments including quarterly, AOP, and long-range planning.
You bring 4+ years of progressive finance experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting). You have superior analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building 3-statement financial models. You are comfortable becoming a power user in financial planning systems (Adaptive Planning, Oracle) and can manage large datasets, critically analyze processes, and identify improvements. You distill complex issues into structured frameworks, communicate clearly at the executive level, and operate with an A-player mindset—raising the bar, moving with urgency, staying resilient through ambiguity, and taking ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
