Oura is seeking a Senior Content Specialist to join the Member Experience (MX) team. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on shaping content structure and knowledge management frameworks that enhance both member and internal team experiences.
You will work cross-functionally to develop and maintain robust content structures for internal and external knowledge bases, including taxonomies, metadata schemas, naming conventions, and scalable organizational layouts. Key responsibilities include establishing content governance standards (templates, style guides, lifecycle workflows) to ensure consistency and long-term scalability. You'll drive initiatives to enhance workflows through innovative tools, including thoughtful implementation of Generative AI to scale content production and searchability.
On the knowledge management side, you'll design and optimize scalable frameworks for internal knowledge bases serving Member Care Representatives and partner teams. You'll partner with Support Engineering and Support Ops to develop use cases, logic trees, and structured user pathways. You'll develop and maintain clear documentation for internal processes, tools, and workflows, and establish continuous optimization loops and audit cadences to keep knowledge systems current.
Required qualifications include 8–10+ years in content strategy, content structure design, knowledge management, or customer/member experience roles, ideally in fast-paced tech or hardware/software environments. You should have a proven track record building complex technical knowledge bases and content frameworks, experience integrating Generative AI tools into content workflows, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional written communication. Proficiency with knowledge base platforms (Zendesk), project management systems (Jira, Slack, Google Workspace), and process mapping tools (Miro) is required.
