Legora is an AI-native legal workspace company serving 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including major law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates teams across Europe, North America, and APAC. You will own Legora's global webinar and digital events program end-to-end, transforming a scattered calendar of one-off webinars into purposeful recurring series, seasonal programs, and digital moments that build sustained audience engagement. This role is split between two critical halves: **Production & Operations (50%):** Manage run of show, platform setup, speaker preparation, technical rehearsal, promotion timelines, and follow-up. Ensure nothing goes live unrehearsed. Own the tooling and operating model—webinar platform, marketing automation, CRM handoff, asset management—and continuously improve quarterly execution. **Programming & Strategy (50%):** Decide what content to create, who should participate, and what formats will resonate with senior partners at global law firms. Design serial formats that earn return audiences (series, roundtables, live product moments, recurring shows). Kill underperforming content and double down on what works. Define the roadmap and make trade-offs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set and own the global webinar roadmap; determine frequency, audience, and purpose - Source, brief, and prepare internal and external speakers, including senior client-side guests - Own promotional strategy with Growth Marketing and International Marketing: invitation sequences, landing pages, partner and social distribution - Treat each live moment as a content supply chain; repurpose sessions into additional assets and sales-ready materials - Define success metrics (registration, attendance, engagement, qualified pipeline influence) and use data to drive decisions - Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, International Marketing, Growth, and Sales to maintain alignment - Use AI tools throughout research, briefing, editing, repurposing, and reporting to move faster without compromising quality You will be based in the US and work closely with teams across all markets. You will run numerous live moments and maintain the same care and excellence for the third event as the first. **Requirements:** - 5+ years running webinars, virtual events, or serial digital content programs, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or complex enterprise environments - Hands-on production and operations experience: run of show, technical setup, rehearsal, live moderation (you have personally run the show, not just booked it) - Track record of designing formats and series rather than executing one-offs, with evidence of audience growth over time - Confident across webinar and streaming platforms, marketing automation and CRM tools; clear understanding of how registration, attendance, and follow-up data flow between systems - Experience pulling together contributions from brand, product marketing, demand generation, and sales into a cohesive program - Comfortable defining and reporting on engagement and pipeline-influence metrics, and using them to inform future content decisions - Proficiency with AI tools as a matter of course; ability to identify where they can remove work from the critical path - Calm under live conditions with contingency planning; structured, forward-planning approach with clear timelines, dependencies, and owners - Taste for quality: ability to distinguish between webinars that fill a slot and those people forward to colleagues - Comfort with senior stakeholders, internally and client-side; people enjoy being on your productions - Commercial mindset: understand that the program exists to build audience and pipeline, and can demonstrate its contribution
