Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 / annual

Norm AI is an agentic law company that has pioneered Legal Engineering—a process enabling lawyers to build and supervise domain-specific AI agents using proprietary no-code software tools. The company serves clients with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management and operates both as a technology platform and through Norm Law, LLP, an AI-native law firm. The Senior Content Marketing Manager will create distinctive, high-impact content that builds Norm's brand, advances its point of view, and helps clients understand the value of Norm's products and services. Working directly with executives and subject-matter experts, you will translate complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives for sophisticated audiences. Key responsibilities include: - Developing Norm's point of view by working with executives and SMEs to uncover strong ideas and create differentiated perspectives on AI, law, regulation, and the future of work - Creating high-impact content including thought leadership, reports, articles, executive bylines, case studies, presentations, campaign assets, website copy, and sales materials - Leading editorial strategy by identifying topics, narratives, and formats that strengthen Norm's market position and establishing a clear editorial roadmap - Owning the editorial process from concept through publication, including research, interviews, outlining, drafting, editing, stakeholder reviews, production, and distribution - Partnering with Brand, Communications, Product Marketing, GTM, and Norm Law to ensure content reflects positioning, voice, and strategic priorities - Building signature content programs and repeatable editorial franchises that establish authority and support campaigns - Extending content impact by turning major pieces into channel-specific assets for social, email, events, campaigns, and sales enablement - Managing editorial calendars, contributors, and internal stakeholders to deliver work on time - Measuring content performance and using audience insights to improve topics, formats, distribution, and impact Success milestones: By 30 days, develop understanding of Norm's business, products, audiences, and existing content priorities while building relationships with key stakeholders. By 60 days, present a prioritized content strategy and establish editorial processes. By 90 days, publish high-impact content, establish an ongoing roadmap, and create a repeatable system for turning company expertise into timely content. All team members at Norm AI are expected to be fluent in AI, actively using it in day-to-day work to support thinking, creation, and problem-solving. Candidates should be prepared to discuss concrete examples of AI tools, workflows, and outcomes throughout the interview process. REQUIREMENTS: - 5–7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or related field - Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of clear, compelling work for sophisticated or executive audiences - Track record of developing high-impact thought leadership and marketing materials across multiple formats and channels - Experience working directly with executives and SMEs to develop original points of view and translate expertise into accessible content - Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify ideas, arguments, and stories most likely to resonate with audiences - Experience independently shaping content strategy and leading complex projects from ambiguous starting point through publication - Excellent project management skills managing multiple content initiatives, contributors, and deadlines simultaneously - Comfort engaging deeply with complex, technical, or highly regulated subject matter - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly from broad idea to polished final product - Comfort with ambiguity and bias for thoughtful action in fast-paced, evolving environment NICE TO HAVE: - Familiarity with AI, legal technology, regulation and policy, or other complex enterprise categories - Experience writing for legal, compliance, risk, technology, or C-suite audiences - Experience creating research-driven reports, executive thought leadership, or original editorial franchises - Familiarity with content distribution, search, SEO, social media, email marketing, and audience development - Experience directing designers, video producers, agencies, freelancers, or other creative contributors
