Parloa is building agentic AI for enterprise customer experience, powering over one billion interactions for brands like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, and SAP. The company is backed by General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital.
You will own an experimental creative engine within the Parloa marketing team, responsible for developing unconventional, social-first creative that earns attention and drives engagement. This is not a traditional content marketing role—you'll experiment with video, generative AI, storytelling, and formats yet to be invented. Some ideas will be smart, some weird, some won't work. The company is completely fine with that.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop unconventional, social-first creative that earns attention across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X
- Use generative AI to create videos, images, and entirely new content formats
- Build recurring shows, characters, and series around the company, customers, people, and industry
- Move quickly on news, culture, trends, and industry conversations with relevant creative
- Turn executives and employees into compelling content by capturing their ideas, expertise, and personalities
- Partner with brand, social, product, and growth teams to bring bigger creative ideas to life
- Experiment quickly, learn what gets attention, and turn the best ideas into recurring programs that people follow and share
Parloans operate with high ownership expectations: you'll be accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. The company has grown beyond the earliest startup phase but maintains startup intensity—fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience creating content, or an exceptional portfolio that makes the number irrelevant
- Strong creative instincts and understanding of what makes people stop, watch, and share
- Comfortable shooting, editing, and producing video yourself using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, Riverside, or similar
- Active experimentation with generative AI across video, image, audio, and emerging formats
- Understanding of how content works differently across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X
- Ability to turn an interview, event, podcast, executive conversation, or half-formed idea into something worth watching
- Ability to distinguish between genuinely interesting and weird for the sake of being weird
- Ability to move fast, try things, learn from what works, and keep shipping
