Veeva Systems, a $3B+ SaaS leader in life sciences industry cloud, is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Managed Services team to support the Vault Safety solution post-implementation. You will be part of a 90+ consultant team across Europe and beyond, working with biopharmaceutical customers to ensure they maximize value from Veeva applications.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of assigned R&D customers, understanding their business processes and providing strategic guidance on Vault Safety configurations and best practices. You'll act as the primary liaison between customers, implementation teams, and Veeva's product management, translating customer requirements into solution designs and driving adoption of cloud-based safety systems. Key responsibilities include implementing new Vault Safety features, collaborating with customer business and IT teams to design tailored solutions, managing change management for on-premises-to-SaaS transitions, and building complex SQL queries and analytical reports on safety datasets.
You'll work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where you shape delivery models, communicate evolving industry needs to product teams, and mentor customers on regulatory compliance and computer systems validation. This is a full-time remote role with occasional travel (~25%) to the Hyderabad office.
Required: 5+ years in life sciences, primarily in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance consulting; deep knowledge of safety processes and regulations; hands-on experience implementing safety systems (Aris, Argus, Emperica, Commonwealth, RxLogix, or similar); strong SQL and analytical reporting skills; proven stakeholder collaboration; bachelor's degree. Nice-to-have: direct Argus experience, life science/CS degree, SaaS/cloud background, services delivery management experience, proximity to major life sciences hubs (Bangalore or Hyderabad).
