Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive wellness through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI-driven insights. The company operates a global network of clinics and is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead total rewards strategy execution and data-driven compensation insights. In this individual contributor role, you will own compensation planning and administration, including annual merit and bonus cycles, scenario modeling, forecasting, and budget tracking. You'll refine and maintain advanced compensation models—salary structures, pay bands, and incentive designs—while partnering closely with FP&A to align recommendations with financial strategy. You'll prepare executive-level dashboards and board-ready presentations that guide leadership decision-making. Job architecture and benchmarking are core responsibilities: you'll conduct market benchmarking using industry survey providers (Pave, Mercer, Radford, Payscale), maintain job leveling frameworks, and ensure consistent, equitable role alignment across the organization. Data excellence is central to the role. You'll leverage HRIS platforms (Workday, Rippling, ADP, UKG, SuccessFactors) to extract, validate, and analyze compensation and workforce data. You'll independently consolidate data from multiple systems—HRIS, ATS, Finance—to create unified insights, identify pay compression risks and equity gaps, develop automated dashboards, and support cyclical pay equity reviews and regulatory compliance reporting. You'll also maintain compensation policies, create SOPs and manager guides, and strengthen internal controls. In a supporting capacity (20%), you'll partner with HRIS teams on data integrity, support system configuration for compensation cycles, conduct data audits, and identify process improvements across P&C operations. Required: 8+ years in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related analytical roles. Advanced Excel modeling (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, scenario modeling), demonstrated HRIS platform expertise, strong data consolidation and analysis skills, experience with merit and bonus programs, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
