As a Senior Communications Manager, you will shape communication projects for products and technological topics, guiding product launches and market introductions in close coordination with the team. You will develop product stories, key messages, and communication concepts tailored to complex technical subjects. Your responsibilities include translating intricate technical content into accessible, empathetic messaging for diverse audiences across the corporate website, intranet, social media, and other communication channels.
You will cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and creators, fostering collaborative partnerships. You will also develop and support the coordination of communication plans, editorial calendars, and thematic roadmaps.
Enpal operates a hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely up to 30 days per year internationally (Workflex). The Berlin office is located in Friedrichshain with modern amenities. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate, product, or B2B communications, ideally in a high-growth tech environment
- Proven experience communicating complex, technical products and technologies in an accessible manner; experience in the energy sector is ideal
- Strong intuitive and confident command of digital communication channels and social media
- German and English language proficiency at C1+ level
