As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be a key legal and business partner to executive and go-to-market leadership. Your responsibilities include leading negotiations on high-value revenue agreements, managing complex commercial contracts, and navigating privacy and emerging technology regulations. You will build and scale legal processes to support the company's rapid global expansion, mentor junior counsel, and provide strategic legal guidance on novel commercial initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an autonomous, business-minded lawyer with sharp analytical judgment and strong executive presence. You will combine legal expertise with commercial acumen to protect company interests while enabling business growth. This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams, understand regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions, and develop scalable legal frameworks for a high-growth, internationally-operating technology company.
