Cloudinary is seeking an experienced Senior Collections & AR Specialist to join the CFO Office and Billing team. In this hands-on role reporting to the Billing Director, you will own Cloudinary's global collections operations and take point on accounts receivable management for a fast-growing SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing collections activities and AR processes across Cloudinary's global customer base
- Working directly with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure timely collections
- Collaborating with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to streamline billing workflows and improve cash flow
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiencies
- Resolving complex billing and payment disputes
- Supporting the company's cash flow performance through proactive collections management
