You will join the Client Success team as a Senior Client Success Manager reporting to the Director of Client Success (mid-market). You will own and manage a high-volume mid-market book of business (50–60 accounts representing 100–999 lives each), serving as the primary owner of day-to-day client and broker relationships. Your core responsibilities include:
• Manage 50–60 mid-market accounts, ensuring consistently high-quality client experience and relationship health.
• Execute key workflows, monitor account health metrics, and proactively identify and address risks.
• Track and analyze client success KPIs (engagement, retention, NRR) and translate insights into action plans.
• Develop and execute engagement plans aligned to client goals with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Account Management, Sales, and Member Services to triage issues and achieve engagement goals.
• Lead client meetings and communications with key stakeholders and broker partners, providing education and actionable recommendations.
• Represent the company in virtual and in-person client-facing sessions (up to 20% travel). Develop and deliver high-quality client reports, presentations, and educational sessions.
This is a remote role based in the US with occasional travel to NYC headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of experience managing a large, high-performing B2B book of business with proven track record of driving engagement, client satisfaction, and NRR; healthcare and benefits industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated client management expertise including ownership of executive relationships, day-to-day account management, and navigation of complex client and broker stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and execute with precision and strong attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and client insights to proactively identify risks, optimize engagement, and drive measurable ROI.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills (written and presentation), with proactive, solutions-oriented approach and passion for delivering outstanding client experience in fast-paced environment.
