Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 / annual

The company is the preferred insurance provider to customers of Y Combinator, Brex, Carta, and WeWork. In this Senior Client Manager role, you will own and manage a ~$6M annual book of commercial insurance clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will deliver proactive, timely, and expert service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership. Key responsibilities include: - Advising clients on evolving risk profiles, analyzing coverage needs, and recommending tailored insurance solutions aligned with their business goals - Leading end-to-end renewal processes and proactively identifying opportunities to round out accounts - Driving expansion by surfacing upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinating with producers to grow your portfolio - Collaborating with the Placements team to secure optimal coverage structures and ensure seamless execution - Supporting new business by partnering with Sales during late-stage deals and onboarding to ensure smooth client handoff - Contributing to internal process and tooling development by surfacing insights that improve scalability and efficiency Vouch has offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role is hybrid with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of Account Management experience within the Commercial Insurance space, ideally with exposure to technology companies - Strong track record of retention and growth of complex Middle Market accounts - Strong preference for prior working experience in commercial lines including: Cyber/Tech E&O, Management Liability (D&O/EPLI), Business Owners Package (BOP) and GL/Property, Workers' Compensation - Strong communication and organizational skills - Dependable, coachable, proactive, positive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills - Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in complex situations - Strong Sales, Communication, and Marketing skills; must be able to demonstrate success in managing tight time frames and high volumes of work - Active/Current Property and Casualty License
