Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes. This role owns Ramp's relationships with a portfolio of the largest global professional services firms, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and consulting firms—including organizations like Deloitte and Infosys. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as primary relationship owner for Ramp's portfolio of global professional services and GSI partners - Map each firm's structure and build credibility with partners, practice leaders, alliance teams, and client-service teams - Convert executive introductions into structured partnerships with defined thesis, executive sponsor plans, target practices, and client wedges - Negotiate and close formal partnership agreements - Build market-facing proof points with Ramp leadership, marketing, and product teams through executive events, thought leadership, and shared client stories - Coordinate cross-functional execution, bringing Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, AI Solutions, and executive sponsors into firm relationships - Establish and maintain operating cadence including relationship maps, firm plans, account maps, and next steps Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in consulting, alliances, partnerships, or adjacent roles - Time inside a top-tier professional services or global consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte strongly preferred) - Exceptional executive presence; ability to hold a room with senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and represent Ramp independently in high-level meetings - Deep fluency in how large, matrixed professional services firms operate, including practice incentives and how technology partners earn internal endorsement - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder relationships - Builder's instinct; energized by ambiguity and comfortable operating without established playbooks - Excellent written and verbal communication with judgment to calibrate between executive and working-level conversations - Willingness to travel approximately 25% and be based in a major metro (New York preferred)
