Addi is a leading fintech platform in Colombia serving over 2 million customers and 20,000+ merchants. As the country's fastest-growing marketplace and largest Buy Now, Pay Later provider, Addi recently achieved regulatory approval to operate as a bank and profitability. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, and Union Square Ventures.
You will own the daily execution of Borrowing Base calculations, loan sales, and capital markets operational workflows. Your core mission is ensuring 100% data integrity and on-time lender submissions that protect Addi's liquidity while building the operational foundation to scale the company's capital markets facilities.
Key responsibilities include: designing and documenting daily monitoring and reporting workflows for the facility with coordination protocols across ops teams and stakeholders; independently owning end-to-end Borrowing Base calculations and loan sale processes in Databricks and Excel, eliminating current single points of failure; partnering with the data team to transition manual balance updates into automated pipelines; maintaining a lender-specific cut-off calendar with proactive risk flagging and zero-late submissions; and reorganizing the Drive repository with version control and filing conventions enabling audit-ready file retrieval within minutes.
You bring 2–3 years of financial operations experience from a bank, brokerage, or structured finance environment with direct exposure to capital markets or treasury operations. You have operated within processes with hard external deadlines and zero tolerance for errors (settlements, reconciliations, credit facility reporting). Prior exposure to Borrowing Base calculations, loan sales, or credit facility management is strongly preferred; back-office or ops experience at institutions like Bancolombia, Davivienda, or BTG is ideal.
You own daily financial reporting or operational processes where errors have direct downstream consequences. You can describe a specific instance where you caught a data discrepancy before it left the team—what it was, how you found it, and what would have happened if missed. You demonstrate advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, data validation, large-file performance optimization), can interpret Databricks query outputs and translate them into operational reports independently, and ideally have SQL proficiency or strong willingness to learn. You manage daily or intraday deliverables with hard cut-off times set by external counterparties, maintain accuracy under time pressure without shortcuts, and proactively flag operational risks early. You have owned document repositories or filing systems for financial records with version control, naming conventions, and access management, and understand the distinction between "organized for daily use" and "audit-ready."
