Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior C# Developer to join the team building internal developer tools and platforms. You will own the full lifecycle of development automation initiatives—from identifying problems reported by engineers through to shipping production releases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and extending web services within Veeam's internal developer platform
- Developing tooling to automate development processes and improve quality
- Owning changes end-to-end, from problem identification to release
- Establishing and maintaining automated quality control through tests, analyzers, and CI gates
- Breaking down large projects into small, independently shippable increments
- Conducting code reviews with strong technical judgment and clear explanations
You will work with C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET, and Azure DevOps in a collaborative international environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Deep understanding of C#, .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
- Knowledge of software design principles: object-oriented design, domain-oriented architecture
- Ability to establish and maintain automated quality control (tests, analyzers, CI gates)
- Ability to decompose large projects into small, independently shippable increments
- Strong code review skills with ability to judge design and implementation quality and explain reasoning
- English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams
Bonus skills:
- Experience leading technical initiatives from idea to production
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD
