Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Buyer to join the Connected Warfare Procurement team. This role supports procurement activities for key defense programs, manages supplier relationships, and ensures on-time delivery of critical materials and services for cutting-edge military technology systems.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders to meet production and program needs, maintaining and monitoring supplier performance across quality, delivery, and pricing metrics, and quickly resolving supply chain disruptions and delivery delays. You will track and expedite orders to meet production schedules, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company objectives, and maintain accurate procurement records while identifying process improvements and tracking KPIs.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of supply chain experience with technical procurement expertise, a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field, and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and an analytical mindset with attention to detail are highly valued.
