Inspiren is building an AI-native digital health platform for senior living communities. The company integrates clinical care workflows with powerful analytics to help operators make informed decisions and improve outcomes. Founded by a former Green Beret and cardiothoracic nurse, Inspiren combines compassionate care with technology.
As Senior Business Systems Engineer, AI & Automation, you will own both the core business systems (Salesforce and NetSuite) and the intelligent automation layered on top of them. Unlike typical business systems roles where you inherit a broken foundation, here you control both the system of record and the automation, allowing you to fix problems at the root.
Key responsibilities include:
**Design & Build**: Design and own production-grade automation and agent workflows using Salesforce Flow, NetSuite workflows, Claude, Slack, Linear, and Notion. Run the full project lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
**Data Integrity & Governance**: Own data quality across both systems—deduplication, record ownership, field validation, and accuracy of revenue/pipeline metrics. Enforce HIPAA compliance and PHI boundary standards by design.
**Systems Administration**: Administer Salesforce and NetSuite day-to-day—users, licenses, profiles, roles, permission sets, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
**Integration & Quote-to-Cash**: Build and maintain integrations connecting Salesforce to NetSuite, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Linear, ensuring opportunity, order, invoice, and revenue data stay consistent without manual reconciliation.
**Discovery & Prioritization**: Partner with RevOps, Finance, Sales, Product Support, Clinical Support, Marketing, Implementation, TechOps, Product, Design, and Engineering to identify high-value automation opportunities and maintain a cross-functional roadmap.
**AI & Automation Strategy**: Act as an internal thought partner on business systems architecture and AI automation strategy. Engineer reliable system prompts and agent configurations for Claude-based automations with disciplined testing and evaluation.
**Coaching & Enablement**: Upskill team members across functions on business systems and AI tooling, building their ability to solve their own problems and drive genuine adoption.
What makes this role unique is the coaching mandate. You bring specialist-level knowledge of agentic workflow design, but your real measure of success is whether teams can eventually solve their own automation problems. Strong technical judgment and relationship skills are both required. The workflows you build support care for real seniors in real facilities.
