Apptronik is a Series B human-centered robotics company developing AI-powered humanoid robots (Apollo) for manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst - ERP to own the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of our enterprise resource planning systems as we scale. In this senior individual contributor role, you will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business stakeholders to translate their requirements into well-architected ERP solutions. You will own end-to-end configuration and administration of our ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle), including modules supporting finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and order management. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as functional subject matter expert on core accounting processes (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting, fixed assets, period-end close, financial reporting) - Own ERP configuration and continuous improvement of the full procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring controls support audit readiness and segregation of duties - Design, document, and continuously improve scalable, auditable business processes aligned with internal controls - Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and module rollout projects end-to-end (planning, scoping, testing, cutover, hypercare, post-go-live optimization) - Manage ERP integrations with adjacent systems (CRM, PLM, MES, HRIS, identity, data warehouse, SaaS tools) - Administer ERP security: roles, profiles, permission sets, segregation of duties, approval workflows, and access reviews - Develop and maintain master data governance practices across items, vendors, customers, BOMs, and chart of accounts - Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics to give business leaders visibility into operational, procurement, and financial KPIs - Manage relationships with ERP vendors and implementation partners - Create comprehensive documentation and serve as senior internal SME for the ERP - Mentor and uplift junior IT and business analyst staff Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on ERP configuration, administration, or implementation experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role - Deep expertise with one or more major ERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central, CE), Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud), SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, Business One), or Oracle (Fusion Cloud ERP, NetSuite, E-Business Suite) - Strong working knowledge of accounting fundamentals as applied within an ERP (chart of accounts design, journal entry workflows, subledger-to-GL reconciliation, cost center/project accounting, period-end/year-end close) - Deep hands-on experience configuring procure-to-pay processes (purchase requisitions, PO management, vendor master governance, receiving, three-way match, invoice approval, payment processing); familiarity with SOX or similar compliance frameworks - Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate into well-architected ERP solutions - Strong process design background; ability to map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design scalable future-state processes - Solid understanding of core finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement processes (quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay end-to-end flows) - Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major module rollouts end-to-end - Working knowledge of ERP integration patterns and tooling (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, iPaaS, ETL) - Strong grasp of ERP security models, segregation of duties, and internal controls (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2) - Excellent project management skills with ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives - Self-directed, pragmatic, biased toward action; able to operate with limited oversight in fast-paced, high-growth environment - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of degree - Relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) are a plus
