The Growth team drives Fever's business expansion across all markets, ensuring partners and experiences perform optimally through data-driven decision-making. As a Senior Business Solutions Lead within the W&A (Workflows & Automation) team, you will be central to enabling Fever's rapid scaling and market capture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive strategic initiatives that transform how teams operate, managing projects from inception through implementation and change management
- Contribute to AI strategy definition, implementation, and success tracking across the organization
- Lead the complete development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems, and processes aligned with strategic objectives
- Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements and enhance operational efficiency
- Align organizational business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures
- Take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers across 50+ countries from day one
You bring a Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM), plus 5+ years of experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting or Scale-up environments. You have a structured mindset, love improving efficiency, and excel at getting things done. You're comfortable working across diverse teams and geographies, with strong analytical and project management capabilities.
