The Senior Business Recruiter, GTM will own full-cycle recruiting for Harvey's go-to-market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations across multiple North American locations. This role sits within the Talent organization under the North America Business Recruiting team and is responsible for both hiring velocity and pipeline quality.
Key responsibilities include: managing end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through offer close for GTM roles; building and maintaining high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referral networks, and market mapping; serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on intake, calibration, market conditions, and expectation-setting; driving process improvements and operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable workflows; and managing multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining candidate experience and meeting aggressive timelines.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to GTM or business functions (Sales, CS, RevOps, Partnerships) at high-growth technology companies. Required skills include demonstrated ability to partner with senior hiring managers, influence decisions with data, manage stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments, strong sourcing capabilities, excellent project management, and clear communication with high emotional intelligence.
