Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 / annual

As a Senior Business Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and highly specialized talent across the organization. You'll serve as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders, translating business needs into clear talent strategies informed by market intelligence and data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing full-cycle recruiting for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles with tailored search strategies
- Acting as a trusted talent advisor to leaders, using market expertise and data to influence hiring decisions
- Building long-term talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship building
- Designing and driving thoughtful interview and selection strategies for complex searches, identifying risks and creating efficient experiences
- Partnering with Compensation and People leadership on competitive offers and complex negotiations
- Leading initiatives to strengthen recruiting processes, interviewer capability, employer brand, and overall TA effectiveness
Success is measured by decreased time-to-fill with increased quality-of-hire, higher offer acceptance rates, and strong hiring manager and candidate experience.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of hiring senior or highly specialized talent in competitive markets
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and influence talent decisions through market expertise, sound judgment, and data
- Demonstrated skill in developing proactive talent strategies through sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and long-term candidate relationship management
- Experience leading complex searches and interview processes from strategy through close, including sophisticated compensation and offer negotiations
- Proficiency using recruiting analytics and ATS insights to improve hiring outcomes, with ability to mentor recruiters and raise recruiting capabilities across the TA team
