Funding Options by Tide is a commercial credit broker connecting small businesses with the right financing solutions from a panel of 80+ lenders. The role is part of the sales team focused on helping SME customers and vendors access various finance products including hire purchase, leasing, and unsecured loans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Managing vendor relationships and engaging small business customers through their application process
- Building relationships with commercial lending partners
- Articulating Tide's funding proposition and educating customers on available finance options
- Maintaining accurate prospect information in Salesforce
- Identifying market trends and staying current on industry developments
- Sharing customer success stories across the organization
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or lending. You should demonstrate a proven track record of meeting revenue targets, excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to build relationships quickly. Self-starters who work analytically under pressure and can troubleshoot issues effectively are encouraged to apply.
